Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZeroLeak mobile application ("App"), an invisible watermarking and leak detection tool for iOS, provided by adlerlagune OG, doing business as adler.studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it is opt-in. You will only be charged if you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.

4. Offline-First Design

The App is designed to work offline. All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your personal content. The only data transmitted from the App is anonymized subscription verification data as described in our Privacy Notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored locally

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by adlerlagune OG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
