This Privacy Notice explains how adlerlagune OG, doing business as adler.studio ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information in connection with the ZeroLeak mobile application ("App"), an invisible watermarking and leak detection tool for iOS. 2. Offline-First Design

ZeroLeak is designed with an offline-first architecture. Your data stays on your device. The App processes and stores all user data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal content or usage data on external servers.

3. Data We Process

The only data that leaves your device is:

• Subscription Verification Data: Anonymized tokens used to verify your subscription status with Apple's App Store. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to confirm whether you have an active subscription.
• Trial Information: Anonymized information to manage free trial eligibility. This data is processed in a way that does not allow us to identify individual users.

This anonymized data is transmitted securely and is used exclusively for subscription management purposes.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your location data
• Any content you create or store in the App
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers that could be used to track you

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework to manage subscriptions. When you subscribe, Apple processes your payment. We only receive anonymized confirmation of your subscription status. For information about how Apple handles your data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

Since your data remains on your device, security is primarily maintained through your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date to benefit from the latest security patches.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal data from any users, this applies equally to users of all ages.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. All your data is stored locally on your device and is under your full control. You can delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically.
